"If like me, you have seemingly spent your entire adulthood
looking for a gorgeous pair of shoes that fit your size feet
perfectly, then you will know the satisfaction that is derived
from finding and owning that special pair.
I set up Lush Shoes because I LOVE SHOES! High one, low ones,
quirky ones, colourful ones; you name it, I’ll try it.
So, we will continue sourcing and stocking a wide selection
of gorgeous stuff…from all around the world so we can
have fun together.
We plan to add to our range every six weeks, and will endeavour
to keep you up to date on what’s new in store….all
you need to do is join our mailing list.
Whilst my passion for shoes is clear I am here to ensure that
you find the shoes you’ve always been looking for. So
please feel free to send in your comments about the Lush Shoes
website. What works for you and what does not, and what styles
you’d like to see in store?

Guide should address most of your measuring concerns.
If however, the shoes do not fit, and you’d like to
return them, simply email
us for a returns reference number, record the number on
the invoice and return the item in its original packaging
in the condition supplied, within 14 working days. Please

On receipt of your returns package within the cancellation
period, we will happily exchange the goods or refund your
money in full, for the product.
When returning - the parcel is your responsibility until it
reaches us safely;
We advise that if you send a return parcel you get a proof
of delivery from your postal / courier service so that the
parcel can be traced.
We currently deliver to the following countries – see
list . We are however, in the process of expanding this
list, so please feel free to contact
us if your country is not yet listed.
We are happy to accept Visa, Master Card, Delta,
and Switch debit cards. We are sorry but we DO NOT accept Visa Electron
DELIVERY CHARGES – Standard charges for minimum 1.5kg weight parcels are listed below:

NOTE - INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:
Packages heavier than 1.5kg - will incur additional delivery
charges depending on the weight of the items ordered. On receipt
of your order, you will be notified of the additional charges
– once you have authorized these additional charges and confirmed
that you will accept delivery and any local customs duty applicable,
we will confirm your order and advise you of the despatch
date.
If an item that you have seen on the site is Out
of Stock, please contact us
for more information on future deliveries.
If an item you have ordered is not available for immediate
shipment then we will notify you directly so that we can inform
you of expected delivery dates or discuss alternative shoe
options.

As long as your order is placed before 3:30pm on any working day, we promise to deliver within 3 days of receipt of the order providing the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, you will be contacted within 24 hours with alternative options or a full refund.
No, we do not produce a catalogue. The entire collection is available online for viewing.
